Mark has over 30 years of experience in technology and innovation, encompassing software engineering, systems design, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, transformation, and innovation. He has worked with software engineering firms, product firms, outsourcing firms, and consulting firms, often leading technology advisory projects for C-level executives.

Currently, Mark serves as the Head of Technology Innovation at G-Research, a leading quantitative research and technology firm working with diverse technologies across the stack including open-source software, big data, and machine learning running on a range of infrastructure platforms to analyse and predict changes in financial markets. In this role, he focuses on identifying new and emerging technologies, trends, and start-ups that have the potential to revolutionise the IT landscape and deliver new value to the business.
